2023 Distinguished Alumni Awards Nominations

 

Howick College is now seeking nominations for this year's Howick College Distinguished Alumni Awards.

If you know of any outstanding Howick College Alumni who have achieved great success and you would like to put their name(s) forward for any of the following three award categories, please click on the link below to nominate them for a specific award category.

 


The following are our three award categories:  

The Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award

For significant accomplishments and outstanding contributions to their profession.

  • Exceptional achievement in their chosen field of profession.

  • Significant contribution through his/her efforts in their profession to any or several aspects of the social, arts & cultural, sporting, environmental, and economic wellbeing of the community.

  • Demonstrates Howick College's 4C values (courtesy, commitment, curiosity, courage).

The Distinguished Alumni Service Award

 

 For specific and commendable service to the communities.

  • Outstanding contributions to the community at large including assistance to disadvantaged groups or individuals to address inequalities, social, humanitarian, or environmental issues.

  • Exhibits integrity and a demonstrated commitment to service to better the lives of others and to make a positive change in society.

  • Demonstrates Howick College's 4C values (courtesy, commitment, curiosity, courage).

 

The Rising Star Young Alumni Award

 

For an alumna/alumnus aged 35 or younger as a 'Rising Star' who has achieved extraordinary things since graduating from Howick College and is on their way to reaching even greater success in life.

  • Aged 35 or younger at the time of the Award, for demonstrating outstanding commitment, leadership, and for making positive impact to inspire young people through professional life or voluntary service.

  • Demonstrates Howick College's 4C values (courtesy, commitment, curiosity, courage).
