Online Enrolments 

Enrolments for 2022 onward will be now be completed onlinePlease ensure you have all items on the following checklist ready to email to with your child's name in the subject line as part of your application:

  • Proof of identity and guardianship​ (see below)

  • In-zone application proof of address (visit our In Zone enrolment page for details)

  • Visa (if not a NZ citizen or resident)

  • Sport in Education CV (if applying for the SiE Learning Pathway)

  • Immunisation record

In-zone Feeder School Meetings

This is an opportunity for parents/caregivers from our feeder schools to meet with members of the Howick College Senior Leadership team in a more informal setting.

Howick Intermediate at Howick Intermediate from 6:00 - 7:00pm on Tuesday 10 August
Maraetai Beach School at Maraetai Beach School from 6:00 - 7:00pm on Wednesday 11 August
Beachlands School at Beachlands School from 6:00 - 7:00pm on Thursday 12 August
Somerville Intermediate at Howick College from 4:00 - 5:00pm on Friday 13 August

Proof of Identity and Guardianship

  • Applicants born in New Zealand must include a photocopy of either (1) their Birth Certificate; or (2) their Passport, with all completed Enrolment Forms.

  • Applicants born outside of New Zealand must provide a photocopy of both their Passport and their parents/legal guardians’ Passports, with all completed Enrolment Forms. All required visas must be valid and up to date at the time of the application.

  • If there are any custodial arrangements with court orders or intervention by Oranga Tamariki, a photocopy of appropriate documentation must be provided.

  • The applicant’s primary caregiver must be his/her natural parent or legal guardian.


Parents/caregivers and students are required to read the following agreements and acknowledge that they understand and agree to the conditions stated within these agreements when enrolling at Howick College.
