Congratulations to Rianco on an outstanding performance at the NZSS Athletics Championships in Hastings! Competing in his first year in the senior boys grade against athletes up to 2 years older, Rianco achieved incredible results:
1st place in the 300m Hurdles with a time of 37.00 - a NEW New Zealand U17 record!
Rianco is now ranked #1 in New Zealand for senior boys 300m Hurdles and has been selected for the NZSS Athletics Association Road Championships Team.
A fabulous result and exceptional achievement - well done, Rianco!
