Applicants will need bookkeeping knowledge, good communication skills, attention to detail

and accuracy when entering data

Key duties include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconciling entries in Xero

• Weekly reimbursement payments

• Managing our accounts payable approval systems

• Reporting to Departments on a monthly basis using provided software

• Payroll Liaison

Hours are 25 hours per week during school term-time, with some additional hours required

during term breaks.

advantageous. Experience in delivering junior and senior programmes, along with

knowledge of current curriculum developments, will also be beneficial.

These are permanent positions and will commence at the start of the 2027 school year.

The successful candidate will have:
