Waterpolo

Water polo is a competitive and physically demanding team sport played in deep water between two teams of seven players. The objective is to score goals by throwing the ball into the opposing team's net across four quarters of play. 

The sport demands teamwork, tactical awareness, and exceptional fitness, and is widely regarded as one of the most challenging sports to play. Water polo has grown into a highly popular and competitive sport across New Zealand secondary schools.
