Enrolment Information Evening - Wednesday 22 July 2020

Prospective students and their families will have the opportunity to visit the College during our Enrolment Information Evening to meet with the Senior Leadership Team and members of our teaching staff, interact with many of our students, ask questions and see the school in operation around our campus.

Howick College is pleased to invite all parents, caregivers and students interested in enrolling for 2021, to our Open Evening on Wednesday 22 July, to see and hear first-hand from our students and teachers about the future focused, innovative teaching and learning happening at Howick College. 


There will be two presentation sessions in the Bill Dimery Performing Arts Centre, each followed by a student led tour for prospective students and their families to walk around the school and experience a snapshot of student life at the College.

Please register your attendance for one of the following two sessions, beginning at either 4:00pm or 5:00pm


Session 1 - Registration

Presentation at 4:00pm in the Bill Dimery Performing Arts Centre

followed by a tour of the College from 5:00pm - 5:45pm starting at the Reception Office.


Session 2 - Registration

Presentation at 5:00pm in the Bill Dimery Performing Arts Centre

followed by a tour of the College from 6:00pm - 6:45pm starting at the Reception Office.

Enrolment Meetings 

Please note, due to the impact of Covid-19, there will be no Enrolment Meetings for the 2021 intake.

All enrolment applications will need to be submitted in person to Howick College's Reception Office. Proof of address and photo identification along with all forms required must be completed and submitted in person by

Friday 14 August (for all in zone)

Wednesday 2 September (for out of zone)


Proof of Identity and Guardianship

  • Applicants born in New Zealand must include a photocopy of either (1) their Birth Certificate; or (2) their Passport, with all completed Enrolment Forms.

  • Applicants born outside of New Zealand must provide a photocopy of both their Passport and their parents/legal guardians’ Passports, with all completed Enrolment Forms. All required visas must be valid and up to date at the time of the application.

  • If there are any custodial arrangements with court orders or intervention by Oranga Tamariki, a photocopy of appropriate documentation must be provided.

  • The applicant’s primary caregiver must be his/her natural parent or legal guardian.


Parents/caregivers and students are required to read the following agreements and acknowledge that they understand and agree to the conditions stated within these agreements when enrolling at Howick College.
