Morning Tea With The Principal

As part of our desire to hear the student voice and to recognise students who exhibit our core values of Courtesy, Commitment and Citizenship, Mr Ropati and other members of the Senior Management Team, meet with selected students on a weekly basis.
 
Over an informal morning tea (also known as a 'Ropa-tea'), students are encouraged to share their ideas and impressions relating to new initiatives and school life in general. Both Mr Ropati and the Senior Managers enjoy this opportunity to chat with the students.

AME High

The AME High initiative has been introduced to provide students with a clear path to achieve their academic success. Early goal setting and frequent review of achievement, combined with close mentoring from tutors and teachers enables students to take ownership of their learning.  This also sets a pattern for continued improvement and lifelong learning beyond secondary school.
