We are currently hosting two exchange students.

Isabell Krause from Germany, has been here since last July and Santiago Andres Tonelli from Argentina joined us recently. They will spend a year here. We are enjoying these new additions to our school population and know that they bring a richness to the school culture. We hope that they will participate in all of the activities that they can and take back many memories and friendships.

The School offers the following international youth exchange opportunities:

1. Rotary Twin Exchange - to Australia for term 2 - "twin" is brought back to N.Z. for term 3. For Year 10/11 students.

2. 6/12month Exchanges for 16-18 year olds are available to:-

3. USA Summer camps

• Opportunities are available for 18 year olds to work in these camps during the American summer (June to August)

4. Gap Scheme

• Opportunity for 18 year-olds to work as volunteers in schools, caring organisations, outdoor eduction centres, etc. in the UK . 5 – 12 month placements available.
• Food, accommodation and reasonable monetary allowance provided.

5. Four-week GAP experience at the NZ Queenstown Resort College which includes adventure activities and an Outward Bound course.
